DETROIT – A new train station will be part of a 10-year plan to connect Michiganders and Midwesterners, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced Saturday. The New International Train Station, expected to open in 2024, is part of a $10 billion investment in mobility the governor announced as part of her MI New Economy plan.
